1. How do I create an account on Saana Swim? To create an account, simply click the "Account" button located in the top right corner of the website. This will take you through Shopify’s standard account creation process. You don’t need an account to make a purchase.

2. Do I need an account to make a purchase? No, you can make a purchase without an account. However, creating an account will allow you to save your details for future purchases and track your order history.

3. How do I reset my account password? To reset your password, click on "Forgot my password" on the login page. Enter the email associated with your account, and you'll receive instructions to reset your password.

4. Can I update my account details (e.g., email, password)? Yes, you can update your account details through your Shopify account settings.

We will assist you with this process. Please note that deleting your account will remove your order history and account details permanently.

Shipping Information

1. What are the shipping options for domestic orders in Australia?

  • Standard: 4 - 14 business days for $9AUD.

  • Express: 1 - 4 business days for $15AUD.

2. What are the shipping options for international orders?

International shipping is available via Australia Post at a flat rate of $40AUD. Delivery time is between 3-14 business days.

  • USA: 3 - 7 business days, $40AUD.

  • Europe: 3-7 business days, $40AUD.

  • New Zealand: 3-7 business days, $25AUD.

  • International: 3-14 business days, $40AUD.

3. Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

Customs fees may apply depending on your country. If any customs fees are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

1. How can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at info@saanaswim.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order is processed.

2. What should I do if my order is incomplete or contains the wrong items?

If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, please contact us at info@saanaswim.com provide your order ID and a photo of the items you received, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Can I add items to an existing order?

If you’d like to add items to an order, please email us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it may not always be possible.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

1. How do I know what size to order?

Sizes are listed in the “Sizing” tab on each product page.

We also offer a size chart for reference.

Yes, you can return or exchange products if the size is incorrect. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To ensure the best care for your swimwear:

  • Cold wash with a gentle detergent.

  • Hang to dry, do not tumble dry.

  • Do not iron the boardshorts (you can iron cotton shirts).

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, with tags still attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
